Customer Zone

The Customer Zone enables you to administer your contractors insurance policy as and when you want. All you need to do is enter your Customer ID number and the email address you supplied when you initially requested a quote. You'll be able to change your contact details if necessary, create a new password if you've forgotten your original one and update direct debit mandates.

You can also download full policy documents for the quotes you've been offered and make alterations to the cover you originally requested if your business requirements have changed. And if your contractors insurance is up for renewal, you can use the Customer Zone for that purpose too.
